All of the below opportunities will receive the Delegate List (in accordance with the NZ Privacy Act 1993), logo published on the conference website with a link to your website, and on the sponsor page of the handbook.

Conference Welcome Reception $8,000
The Welcome Reception will be held on Monday, 20th November. Have your company’s name exclusively associated with this event as attendees connect with friends and colleagues at the start of the conference. This opportunity comes with:
– Sponsor signage (i.e. company name and/ or logo) throughout the venue
– Logo placement on Conference website
– Acknowledgement in the conference programme

Conference Gala Dinner $10,000
The Conference Gala dinner will be held on Friday 24 November. Have your company’s name exclusively associated with this event as attendees connect with friends and colleagues at the end of the conference. This opportunity comes with:
– Sponsor signage (i.e. company name and/ or logo) throughout the venue
– Logo placement on Conference website
– Acknowledgement in the conference programme

– Five complimentary dinner invitations

Plenary Sessions $1,000 Exclusive opportunity per session – 2 Sessions
Have your company’s name exclusively associated with a plenary session when all conference delegates will be present. This opportunity comes with:
– Sponsor signage (i.e. company name and/ or logo) On the holding slides and in the introduction
– Logo placement on conference website
– Acknowledgement in the conference programme
– Acknowledgement on Sponsor Thank You Board (On-Site)

Poster Session Sponsor $1,500 Exclusive opportunity
The poster session is a key component of the conference. Have your company’s name exclusively associated with this session. The poster session will become the center of attention and high traffic areas. Maximise engagement with conference attendees as they move through the poster display.

Conference App $5,000 Exclusive opportunity
Each time an attendee requires information about the conference, if they have a mobile device they will open the app. As the Overall App Sponsor, your company will be in the spotlight the entire conference, always at the fingertips of attendees,driving traffic to both your online and on-site presence.

USB Stick $1,000 Exclusive opportunity
Guarantee each attendee receives your company advertisement! Supply branded USB sticks for all conference delegates (approximately 250) and you will ensure that attendees see your branding multiple times. Please note that sponsoring this item requires the sponsor to purchase and deliver these items 60 days in advance of the conference.

Conference Tote Bags $1,500 Exclusive opportunity
Here is a great opportunity that has a lasting benefit! Provide the official IPFC 11 conference bags with your logo printed on each bag (approximately 250). These keepsake bags will be used long after the conference ends. Please note, with this opportunity you must supply and make all arrangements for the tote bags. IPFC branding must be included on all tote bags and design approved in advance of printing. Please note, this sponsorship opportunity must be booked no later than 180 days in advance of the conference.

Notepads/Pencils/Pens $750 Exclusive opportunity
Guarantee each attendee receives your company advertisements! Supply notepads and pens or pencils with your company’s logo and we will distribute them to all conference attendees when they arrive on-site. Your branding will be seen throughout the conference. Please note that sponsoring this items to the conference. * Minimum number of items required for all conference items required for all conference items: 250
*All provided collateral must be received by The University of Auckland Event Services 60 days in advance of the conference.

Delegate Financial Hardship Sponsor $1000 
Be provided with the opportunity to help select a worthy delegate. You can sponsor the registration of one delegate facing financial hardship to attend. This opportunity comes with:
– Logo placement on conference website
– Acknowledgement in the conference programme
– Acknowledgement on Sponsor Thank You Board (On-Site)
